The Deadlights' name is borrowed from a Stephen King's novel, so the title means the lights in the end of a tunnel when a person is dieing. The band is made of such musicians as vocalist Duke, drummer Falcone, Jerry Montano on bass guitar and Billy Roan on lead guitar. The band signed a contract with Electra Records in 1999, and their eponymous debut was issued in 2000.
