Tanya Donelly (guitar) and Kim Deal (bass) formed the Breeders band at the end of the 80's. In 1990 the duo's first full-length entitled Pixies. Pod, which was followed by the Safari EP in 1992. Soon after that Donelly left the band and was replaced by Kelley Deal. In 1993 the Breeders issued the Last Splash LP, which was followed by the "Head to Toe" single in 1994.
