The electronic band Sylver (former title: Liquid ft. Sylvie) was founded in Belgium in 2000 by Wout van Dessel (keyboards and DJ), Regi Penxten (producer), and Silvy De Bie (vocals). Their first single entitled "Turn the Tide" had a huge success in Europe and flew up to the top of dance charts. In the early 2000's Sylver issued "Skin," "Forever In Love," and the Chances LP.
