About Van Halen
Van Halen is in essence the band of Eddie and Alex Van Halen, the guitarist and drummer of the band, respectively. Along with Michael Anthony on bass, the instrumentalists have not changed, but the lead singer role has, several times. Three singers - David Lee Roth, Sammy Hagar and Gary Cherone – have taken the mic for Van Halen over the years, leaving the bad, once or even three times as in the case of Lee Roth, under cloudy circumstances.
