Dr. Dre found himself as the mentor of both The Game and 50 Cent, even arranging for the East Coast rapper to appear on The Game's debut album in 2005. Following a feud between The Game and 50 cent, Dr. Dre stepped back from his Compton disciple and the next album by The Game was recorded without his help, however still reaching platinum sales.
