After all the troubles TLC had had during the previous few years, it was with a sigh of relief that they released their third album in 1999, Fanmail. The anticipated album's first single was "No Scrubs" which spent an astounding four weeks at number one. Their second single from the album "Unpretty" was critically acclaimed and spent three weeks at number one.
