About Sunny Day Real Estate
Sunny Day Real Estate have not been around for very long, active only in the early 90s and then again for a brief period between 1997 and 2001. But the band has done a lot to bring emo from the alternative fringe to the mainstream. Diary and LP2, the band's albums from 1994 and 1995 preceded the breakup, but Sunny Day Real Estate members continued their independent music projects, some of them megalomaniac even, before joining again in 1997.
