Sepultura formed in the mid 80s and have changed not only their lineup since, but also their style. The 90s have come and gone, making Sepultura an interesting, influential and commercially successful metal band, the founders of such trends and styles as groove metal and alternative metal, more that their initial music which was mostly thrash and death metal.
