The dance trio of Saint Etienne is not a classical dance band. Groovy and sophisticated, Saint Etienne have recorded alternative pop music that borrows as much from the Second Summer of Love and indie music as it does from dance music. The blending is often achieved by cover versions performed by the band to songs such as Neil Young's Only Love Can Break Your Heart and Who Do You Think You Are by Jigsaw.
