About Orbital
Spacey singer Alison Goldfrapp contributed vocals on Orbotal's third album in 1994. One of the songs featuring Goldfrapp is Are We Here? By this time England was clamping down on the rave culture, which was Orbital's natural habitat. Thus Orbital recorded a remix of Are We Here? called Criminal Justice Bill?, which was four minutes of silence, a response to the clampdown.
