Solo singer and lead vocalist of The New Pornographers Neko Case has earned her cult following through independent, do-it-yourself efforts that included seven solo albums and several others with bands she has fronted, among them The New Pornographers. From traditional country to more alternative sound, Neko Case has even opened for Nick Cave in his US tour in 2002.
