About Journey
Journey is a group of American hard-rock founded in 1973 in San Fransisco around Neal Schon and Gregg Rolie, ancient musicians of Santana. Their music initially close to the jazz-rock and to progressive rock, turns to a rock more FM in the course of albums and with the arrival of Steve Perry in singing in 1978 then departure of Gregg Rolie to the advantage of Jonathan Cain in keyboards in 1980. After a long outstanding bet following Raised On Radio, the group re-formed in the nineties.
