About Foo Fighters
Dave Grohl's face, if his face was seen behind the long hair behind the drums, was a member of nirvana for four years. Several months after the suicide of Kurt Cobain, he walked into the studio ready to record songs that he has written and would later be played by a band he was to form, called Foo Fighters. Although Grohl played nearly all the instruments on the demo recording, he did not wish Foo Fighters to be a one man show and so collected some musicians, mostly Seattle-based and formed his band.
