About Electronic
Johnny Marr joined many groups and musicians since the smiths disbanded, among them the Pretenders, The The and even his own Healers. With Bernard Sumner of New Order, the two decided to release their music as a white label album. Electronic was the name chosen for it. It quickly lost its incognito status over the years since Electronic, the self titled debut from 1989, was released.
