Cher is a highly acclaimed singer, actress and songwriter from El Centro, California that mainly sings pop, rock, dance and country. In addition to having a very successful musical career Cher became a television star in the 1970's and a well-regarded film actress in the 1980s. In 1987, she won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in the romantic comedy "Moonstruck".
